What bag will you use next fall?
Is everybody back from vacations? I haven’t managed to empty my bag yet and I’m ready to leave for a business trip.
In these days we are working on the Spring/Summer Collection 09, but I’ll give you some advance news for next fall.
The woman we thought of with the Autumn/Winter Collection 07/08 is cosmopolitan and sophisticated. Elegant and charming in her urban, everyday life and informal. A woman in search of new details and unpublished functionalities.
Our colors? Black, fire, earth, forest green, snow and silver.
Techno-natural hybridations for the new Mix line: natural materials, leather and cotton work with high-tech materials like resins and nylon.
The design of the Sac and Metro lines takes inspiration from the organic shapes of Ron Arad and Antoni Gaudì. The goal is to create easy, glamourous and playful products made of high-tech fabric and materials. Pleats and sinuosity are in the starring role, with very soft textures which give new tactile sensations and create hidden pockets.
A new interpretation of the sports woman. Impact design.
Technological fabrics and full-bodied colors. These are the characteristics of the Backpack line, a backpack in urban style.
A modern woman wants functional, large, well-organized accessories and at the same time precious materials like leather. We can call them all-day-long accessories. We chose rigorous shapes coming from men’s world for the Slam line and Seventies reminiscences for Double Leather, models with a double portability.
See you soon for the next update!

Hello. I live in Japan and I can write English a little. I love Mandarina Duck. But a few years ago, the importer of Japan throw the license to import and sell the products. So I cannot buy the products made in Italy. Now in Japan, ACE ltd. gets the license to make Mandarina Duck products, but they may be made in China or Korea. I would like to have them made in Italy!
I cannot regist to read news letter, because I cannot select the country “Japan”. Please Mandarina Duck company thinks about Japanese fan and teach me how to get your products made in Italy from Japan.

Just for suggestion to the management of MD… People still do care about the craftsmanship of Italian maker of the bags. At least, make some lines in Italy, and some from wherever countries of choice. Personally, I wouldn’t like to buy the product that is all made in China. While it is cheaper to be made there, but it cheapens the image. That is my humble opinion.

Totally agree with previous post. I always look for the labels in clothes and accessories to check it doesn’t say ‘Made in China’ - in a world where everything seems to be ‘Made in China’ it means the brand is cost cutting and suggests cheap mass produced sweat-shop rubbish. Don’t go that way.

Could you please advise me how I could buy a black version of the first pictured bag on this page - its the red (fire) double leather bag with the tassels on the front- I have this exact bag and love it - is there any way I could get it in black as a present for my Mum? Thank you.
