Hi ducks, I am desperate to purchase a grey handbag featured on page 7 of your catalogue online. It is an old style (which I saw in your Barcelona shop last month) of the osaka in grey. Not the new osaka shoulder bag. Can any of the ducks you know find me one and send it to me in Australia? Just tell me what account to put the money in. Thank you so much for any help.

I think you should have delivery to all countries!what was the criteria anyways?
don’t see a reason why you don’t have for Croatia or other country. It’s quite unprofessional, sorry.
can you image how is it when you don’t find your own country on list?!
btw- we don’t have a MD store in Croatia anymore

I tried visiting both of the Hong Kong stores listed on the homepage. Neither exists anymore. Their phone numbers don’t work either.

It is glad that to see Mandarina Duck have the online store, and also I want to buy a touch bag, but it is not possible to post to Hong Kong. Actually because your HK store is already closed. So how can I buy a product on your online shop?
And how can I find your shop address in Italy?
