Our online shop has just arrived in Europe
Although we’re a bit late with respect to the launch (8 October), I’m thrilled to announce that we have finally integrated the US and European e-commerce platforms.
It’s been a massive operation and we did it in 20 days after a full year of previous hard work. In fact, we’re exhausted. To help you understand the vast amount of work done, here’s some data:
- two and half months of development;
- launched on American market on 1 July;
- available in five languages;
- more than 1,000 references managed;
- twenty-seven litres of coffee drunk.
Please visit and try out our online shop. Of course, it would be better if you bought something, too! Then tell us what you think about it, the good and especially the bad and the ugly! Your feedback is essential for its success.
I must thank everyone who worked on this project. And a special thanks to Denise (who you don’t know but who has worked with me since day one) who designed the e-commerce project with me and deserves all the credit for getting us “live” without any major problems. She’s tested both the front and the back end, prepared the data (at least 10 times) and coordinated all external and internal resources. She works like a machine but looks much prettier!

It is glad that to see Mandarina Duck have the online store, and also I want to buy a touch bag, but it is not possible to post to Hong Kong. Actually because your HK store is already closed. So how can I buy a product on your online shop?
And how can I find your shop address in Italy?
Best Regards

I tried visiting both of the Hong Kong stores listed on the homepage. Neither exists anymore. Their phone numbers don’t work either.
