My mobile has been working perfectly until last week, when the sound volume almost completely disappeared (the sound of the caller, not the ring tone). There seems to be nothing on the menu to cover this.

My mandarina duck phone has been working perfectly but allover asudden the horizontal tiny screen on top went off and know shows too mildly hardly visible durring day time unlike before. is there any setting ican try to correct it?

i bought mine in a second hand shop in november 2010, it was working perfectly fine until january this year, when totally out of the blue the software crashed. i took it to several shops but no one seems able to reset it, what i can i do about it??? i have a 4GB micro sd card in it, the phone was working well until i had the mms unlocked, the software crashed about 24h after i had the mms unlocked and sent one….

I bought mine online fron Carphone warehouse when it just came out, several years ago and it was stolen, unfortunately for me I did not insure it. That was 2 years ago, now I would like to buy another one but I can’t seem to find it any shops or anywhere online except Ebay. Please can you suggest anywhere to go to obtain one? I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I have had my green duck for years now, and I love it love it. I have been all over the world and it is a pay as you go one too - Whilst I can get a signal from mexico to Mauritius, my friends who have the most fancy phones always borrow mine heh heh. Brilliant….and I love the plopping noise. the Alarm has woke me up anywhere in the world in time for my flights home just what you need. Camera not brilliant, but everything is easy to work. An admirer.

Ich habe das Handy von meiner Enkeltochter bekommen und es von vodafon auf 15,00 Euro aufladen lassen, kann aber keine sms schreiben. da ich nur noch 5,00 euro drauf habe möchte ich wissen, ob ich von mandarinaduck eine vertagslose karte bekommen kann und dann auch sms verschicken kann ?

I have had a green MD phone for the last two years and have never had a problem with it. I use it as an alarm clock every morning, I find the ringtones loud enough and have been able to use my favourite tunes from the MP3 player as ringtones. I find it easy to download music and photos from the pc to phone and vice versa, using either USB cable from charger, or bluetooth. I use the phone as an MP3 player when I go to the gym or on train journeys. All in all, I love it and it has never let me down. It is now looking very much the worse for wear, and I would love to replace it with another MD phone, perhaps in a different colour. I am looking.

i got my phone for my birth day and i took some pictures with my phone and want them to go on the computer and i can not seem to get them on it there is a problem with the USB plug my computer keep telling me that if my phone comes with a installing CD i must install the settings to the computer but i did not get one
