International Furniture Expo in Milan: design movida
If I was in Milan in these days, I would have gone to Palazzo Reale to see Leonardo’s “Last Supper” come to life.
The English artist and film director Peter Greenaway has created a multimedia event, where every twenty minutes the famous masterpiece comes alive with poetry, music, lights and 3D projections.
Until 21 April, you can enjoy this presentation of a perfectly cloned “Last Supper”.
I wonder how many people have already succumbed to Stendhal Syndrome?
I’ve been visiting the International Furniture Expo on Design & Style in real time and was quite struck by the Pink Rooms. All the pink furniture in the four rooms will be auctioned on eBay and the proceeds will go to Italian research on women’s cancers.
I’ll be monitoring the auction and maybe I’ll go for the giant Panda!
