However, if your home needs a lot of work, you’d better rely on professionals with references.
Even though I’m not actually planning to do any work on my layout, I’ve just downloaded a free user-friendly house-planning program. I’ll try to do it by myself so that I can save some money on design consultancies!

Anyway, I came very close to buying a little home in the woods,
like this one by Moormann! Thanks to its small size, I wouldn’t have to fill it up much! It’s already furnished with a birdcage, a barbeque and a table. What more does one need!
The only problem is that it’s designed for outdoor living. So to get the most out of it, I would have to move to the Caribbean!
