I have had a look at the Y's line on the website and I really like the simplicity of it. I recently purchased 2 bags from the KL store for a trip to London and love them (unfortunately, we don't have the Y collection here in KL).

My only issue with Mandarina Duck from a few years ago is that my mum had bought 2 suitcase sets with a handcarry bag as well from HK. I used the handcarry bag as my university bag in Melbourne for a couple of years and discovered the mesh on the outside of the bag started to sag and it looked really gross.

I went to the Melbourne Mandarina Duck store to get it fixed and was told that they don't fix it and that I'd have to go to a shop where they send all their customers to fix it at their own cost and time. I didn't have time to find the shop, which was in another suburb and in the end, the bag hasn't been fixed for all these years.

Let's hope that the bags I recently bought don't have the same problem!!
